The RIA Law Blog was founded by Isaac Mamaysky. Isaac is the cofounder and COO of QuantStreet Capital, a New York-based RIA that focuses on systematic asset allocation and offers a platform for independent advisors, including investment management, compliance, and operational support.
In addition, Isaac is a Partner at Potomac Law Group PLLC, where he founded the firm’s Investment Advisers & Asset Managers practice. He and his team counsel RIAs, IARs, and financial services providers on corporate, compliance, and employment law matters.
Outside of his practice, Isaac is an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he teaches Corporations & Partnerships, and Employment Law. He is also the founder and executive director of the nonprofit CZ Wellness Group, Inc.

Greg is a Partner in PLG’s Corporate and Transactional practice and represents clients with their business transactions and day-to-day business operations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, corporate restructurings, raising capital and corporate governance. Mr. Watkins counsels clients on navigating the business life cycle and the ongoing requirements of business management, particularly with entity selection and structure, formation, organization, contract negotiation, operational and employment issues, commercial leasing, financing and exit strategies.

Andrew is a Partner at Kutak Rock. He is a seasoned litigator with a specialized focus on representing broker-dealers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), financial planners, Certified Financial Planners®, financial advisors, and other financial institutions and professionals in contested litigation, arbitrations and investigations.
